The Nicholls workforce is comprised of 175 fully employed members of staff. 24 of these are office staff based in the company head-quarters at Goonhavern, Truro.
Nicholls are proud to have a CSCS accredited workforce and employ a continuous skills development program for all staff at all levels. In addition to this, Nicholls operate numerous industry approved apprentice schemes.
